GG Bling in the mailbox

That's what I love to get in the mail: the Canada Council's annual Governor General Awards publication, the printing costs of which are greater than the entire operations budget of many organizations they send it to. I have to assume they think its funny, or can they really be that out-of-touch? Well, thanks for the gorgeous reminder of funding priorities.
